An active participant of the ambitious Make in India initiative, Mr. Aggarwal has been enthusiastically contributing in nation-building through investments and increasing and expanding the manufacturing capabilities in his company, and has been committed to grow it extensively in the future. Fuelled by his passion and dedication, he wants to take AVRO Moldplast Ltd. to greater heights by opening new verticals of product categories while using cuttingedge technology and innovative marketing strategies to serve the customers in the best possible way. A pioneer in India’s plastic molded furniture industry, Mr. Aggarwal’s ingenious endeavours have been recognized widely in the industry and he has received many awards for his contribution in the MSME industry, the latest felicitation being the award for ‘Entrepreneur of the Year in Product or Manufacturing Business – Plastics & Polymers’. A dynamic personality, he is also a man of action and is a Convenor at CII MSME (western UP), a core member CII (Northern Region) MSME, a member of various industrial bodies like ASSOCHAM, IIA, SSGT Road Industrial Area and MG Road Industrial Area.

Mr. Sahil Aggarwal

"Mr. Sahil Aggarwal, Managing Director –AMPL-INDIA is the driving force behind AMPL Helmed by his father and Chairperson of the company, Mr. Sushil Aggarwal, Sahil has transformed the company from a out-of-home organisation to a publicly listed company in a span of 16 years."

Born in 1990, Sahil has been an avid learner since his school days. He completed his schooling from Selaqui World School, Dehradun, where he had a remarkable academic record. His interest areas as well as academic excellence took him to Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore, where he complete his graduation in marketing.

He joined the company at an early age and has been the pivotal force behind running the company with the most modern approach and up-to-date technology. He single-handedly enhanced the production capacity of the company and has also kept the growth under control. Sahil brought in the right mix of enthusiasm and contemporary mindset to make the AMPL compete with the well-established companies of the industry that had been in the market for several decades. Its under his dynamic leadership that the company received an award from Honorable Chief Minsiterof Uttar Pradesh for contribution in the growth of the state.

As the Managing Director of the company, Mr. Sahil Aggarwal has not left any stone unturned in leading the company from the front. With an aim to become the largest company in sector by the year 2020, AMPL needs and deserves a young achiever like Mr. Sahil Aggarwal to anchor its growth
